ANALISIS PERBEDAAN INFORMASI ANATOMIS ANTARA SEKUEN STIR DAN T2 TSE FAST FAT SATURATION PADA PEMERIKSAAN MRI CERVICAL IRISAN SAGITAL DENGAN INDIKASI CERVICAL SYNDROME
XMLBackground : Fat-suppression is a fat supressing technique that is an important part of cervical imaging. In SMC Hospital Telogorejo MRI Cervical examination was performed with STIR sequence but T2 Fast Fat Saturation TSE has not been done. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference of anatomical information between STIR sequence and T2 Fast fat saturation TSE on Cervical MRI examination with indication of cervical syndrome and Which fat suppression technique is better on Cervical MRI examination with Cervical syndrome indication.
Methods : This research type is experiment. This research was conducted at Radiology Installation of SMC Hospital Telogorejo with sample of 6 MRI Cervical patients. Image assessment was done qualitatively in the form of assessment from three respondents about the clarity of anatomical information including corpus, intervertebral discus, spinal cord, spinal canal, ALL / PLL, and soft tissue. Qualitative data analysis was conducted by Cohen's Kappa test to test the reliability level among the three respondents, cross tabulation and Wilcoxon test.
Results : In the cervical anatomy sequences of STIR produce a high detail, whereas in T2 TSE Fast Fat Saturation the resulting detail is not good. Overall Wilcoxon test results obtained p
