Old age is a condition where the disease easily occurs because the immune system continues to decline over time, one type of illness that is diabetes millitus that can occur due to heredity, obesity, lifestyle, diabetes is a disease that attacks the blood sugar system in the body that causes Excess sugar or hyperglycemia. This disease can cause the occurrence of a sensation that can cause the occurrence of the risk of trauma because generally diabetes mellitus disease will occur signs such as; Leg tingling, decreased vision, weakness, weight loss. It can risk the occurrence of accidental risk of trauma such as falling, exposed sharp objects that exist in the environment of his house. And in this case I will do how the family avoid the risk of trauma that may occur, about 5 days to control the patient, and the patient can do things that can prevent the risk of trauma. The results of my nursing care that lasted for 5 days succeed because patients and families have done prevention of trauma to patients.
