TINGKAT KECEMASAN ANAK USIA 7-9 TAHUN PADA PERAWATAN PENAMBALAN GIGI DI KLINIK ERNA BUDHI PENGGARON KOTA SEMARANG

Anxiety is the reaction of a person who is caused by the pressure that is marked with fear and feelings of discomfort. Anxiety levels in the treatment of dental fillings are caused by several factors that affect the results of treatment of dental fillings. The purpose of this study to determine the level of anxiety of children in the treatment of dental fillings at the clinic Erna Budhi, Penggaron Semarang city. This study used survey with cross sectional approach method, the research was conducted from February to April 2017. The population of this research is all respondents of children aged 7-9 years who do dental fillings. The sampling technique is done by total sampling method. Data analysis method used descriptive quantitative. The measuring tool used is a checklist of anxiety levels of children aged 7-9 years and dental fillings treatment filled by researchers. The results showed that the level of anxiety of children aged 7-9 years dominated by respondents aged 7 years (17.14%) female sex (17.14%) who experienced severe anxiety While the treatment of dental fillings with the most dominant category of the respondent Age 9 years (25.71%). While the category of poor dental treatment on the respondents age 7 years (17.14%). For that health workers should be more able to handle pediatric patients during dental fillings and expected anxiety levels can be reduced after the child is often introduced dental care or experience of good care and fun so as not to cause trauma during the treatment of dental fillings which will cause anxiety level higher.
