Hallucinations is a nursing problem that usually appear on schizophrenia patients. According to Yosep and Sutini (2014), more than 90% schizophrenia clients can get auditory hallucination. Therapy is done with proper psychoreligiouscan have an impact on improving the ability to control auditory hallucinations. Ability to control a nursing actions that are beneficial to patients hallucinations due to help patients to be able to control the hallucinations. Interventions are provide in remembrance therapy can also be applied to the patients hallucinations. This case study aims to determine the results of nursing hearing auditory care from 2 auditory hallucinations with psychoreligious dhikr therapy in RSJD Dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta. Design This case study is descriptive. After nursing care performed on both clients for 6 days obtained results that there is a decrease in the intensity of signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. It is expected tahat nurses can teach dzikir techniquqe to patients as an alternative to control auditory hallucinations.
