PENGARUH BLADDER TRAINING SECARA DINI TERHADAP INKONTINENSIA URIN PADA PASIEN POST OPERASI BPH di RSUD dr. LOEKMONO HADI KUDUS
XMLBackground- Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia or benign prostate (BPH) is a disorder of the prostate that often occur, particularly in men aged more than 50 years. The medical management of BPH by performing surgery. The complications that can arise during further surgery is urinary incontinence. Bladder training is an effort to restore the bladder is impaired to normal or normal function. Goal-The purpose of study to determine the effect of early bladder training for urinary incontinence on post operative BPH patients in dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus Hospital. Method and Result- The research is quasi-experimental design use post test only design with control groups with purposive sampling. Respondents included 30 men who had post operative BPH and complete irrigation devided into two groups: early bladder training and control group.
