Comprehensive Midwifery Care in Ny. EN age of 30 years in PKD Tanjunganyar Puskesmas Gajah II Demak
Pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn is a physiological event, but in the process there is the possibility of a state that can be life-threatening maternal and infant can even cause death. MMR and IMR in Indonesia is still high compared to other ASEAN countries.
Based on the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) in 2012, MMR at 359 per 100,000 live births. In 2007, when the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia reached 228 per 100,000 live births, maternal mortality rate in Singapore is only 6 per 100,000 live births, Brunei 33 per 100,000 live births, Philippines 112 per 100,000 live births, as well as Malaysia and Vietnam are both reached 160 per 100,000 live births. This shows that the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is the highest compared to other ASEAN countries (Indonesia Health Profile, 2014).

In Pregnancy found Ny. EN with mild anemia and has been given the care counseling regarding anemia in pregnant women, penkes foods that can increase hemoglobin levels and provide iron supplements. In the 58-step delivery care not to use a complete PPE due to limitations of equipment. In the post-partum care visits are as much as 4x and found no problems at Ny.EN. In newborn care visits are 3x and found no problems in infants Ny.E. In the care of family planning Ny.EN decided to use injections of 3 months.
In this care has done a comprehensive care from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, BBL and KB at the age of 30 years Ny.EN G2P1A0 gestational age of 39 weeks 3 days, and found the gap when the management of the care given.
