ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. S UMUR 30 TAHUN DI PKD MEDAYU WILAYAH PUSKESMAS SURUH DI KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Based on data from the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey
(IDHS) in 2012 showed that the maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia is
359 / 100,000 live births and the infant mortality rate (IMR) of 32 / 1,000 live
births. This shows MMR and IMR in Indonesia is still too slow to achieve the
target of millennium development goals (Millennium Development Goal's /
MDG's), namely reducing the MMR to 102 KH and IMR by 23 KH 2015.
Therefore, the provision of comprehensive obstetric care is needed mother by
trained health personnel and professionals, which is expected to reduce
morbidity and maternal and infant mortality.
Writing the final report is in the form of case studies using obstetric
management approach uses descriptive research and documentation SOAP
conducted in Ny. S in PKD Medayu Puskesmas Suruh, Semarang regency.
At pregnancy care, there were found that Mrs. S was consumed herbs at the 1st
trimester of pregnancy, mother did not get TT immunization. In the labor gaps that
midwife did not wear complete Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Early
Inititation Breastfeeding (EIB) is not done when the baby is born. Puerperal
running normally without any complications, conseling on contraception
performed on KF III. The gap that occurs in newborns that is, the baby does not
gain EIB, KN running according to schedule. Mrs. S has been using injection
of progestin hormone contraception at 41st postpartum period.
The conclusion from this research is the application of midwifery care there
is a gap between theory and practice of midwifery care in the field. Suggestion:
Ny. H are able to apply information related to education which has been given,
midwife is expected to able to give opportunity for and Early Inititation
Breastfeeding (EIB) process, references for Poskesdes is expected there will be
medium and infrastructure for TT vaccins and complete Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE).
