ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. W UMUR 34 TAHUN DI BPM T WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KALIWUNGU KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Pregnancy and childbirth is a natural process but has risks that could
endanger the safety of the mother and baby that requires improvement of quality
midwifery care in the form of a comprehensive midwifery care. MDGs have
targets in reducing maternal mortality rate of 102 / 100.000 live births and reduce
IMR at 23/1000 live births. The purpose is to give comprehensive midwifery care
for the patients of precnancy, childbirth, postpartum, Newborn, family planning.
The form of this final reports is case study which use 7 steps of varney
midwifery management approach and SOAP documentation. The sample of this
case study is Mrs. W 34th year old G3P1A1 in BPM T Kaliwungu Public Health
Center Semarang Area.
The result of this final report obtained diagnosis G3P1A1 in 38 weeks of
gestation physiological, with often tight, physiological childbirth followed by
postnatal physiological complaints of perineal wound pain and sore nipples,
newborn physiological with physiological jaundice and client uses injection
family planning. Pregnancy care is carried out according to the theory. The labor
gaps found that not giving an injection of lidocaine when suturing perineal
laceration, nelathon catheter usage that does not comply affection mother care and
did not do early initiation of breastfeeding at least 1 hour. In the care of puerperal
women didn’t find the gaps theory and practice. In the family planning care
doesn’t fit the theory of long term family planning. In Newborn care is carried out
according to the theory with screening for congenital hypothyroidism.
The conclusion of this study is the application implementation of
midwifery care has a gap between theory and practice. Midwives are expected to
improving affection maternal care and improving health education about long
term family planning
