ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. A USIA 24 TAHUN, DI SUMOWONO KABUPATEN SEMARANG

According to Demographic and Health Survey Indonesia (SDKI) 2012, the amount of Maternal Mortality Rate (AKI) in Indonesia is 359 death per 100.000 live birth and the Infant Mortality Rate (AKB) is 32 death per 1000 live birth. Based on the data in the Sumowono Health Center, there happened 3 maternal mortality and 18 infant mortality in 2014. From the data, it can be concluded that AKI and AKB in Indonesia and Sumowono are still high, so it is needed the skilled health personnel to provide comprehensive midwifery care. The purpose of this research is to give continuity and comprehensive midwifery care on pregnant mother, delivery, postpartum, babyborn, and family planning in accordance with the standard midwifery care using of SOAP documentation with obstetric management approach.
The writing of this final report is in the form of case study with obstetric management approach by using descriptive research method and SOAP documentation, with a sample on Mrs. A, a study in Sumowono Health Center, Semarang Regency.
The result of this research obtained diagnosis G2P1A0 gestational age 38 weeks, physiological pregnancy, spontaneous delivery without any complains or complications, the baby was born normally, and psychological postpartum period without perineum injury. In pregnancy, there was a discrepancy at the amount of Hb inspection, in the delivery, there was a discrepancy at the stage II, it happened faster, catheterization, in using APD and observation stage IV, there was a discrepancy on the visit schedule in postpartum period, and there was also discrepancy in babyborn care between the baby’s weight and TBJ while being pregnant and on the schedule neonatal visit.
The result of this research can be concluded that there was a discrepancy between the theory and practice in applying midwifery care in the field. Hopefully, the midwifes can increase the service of midwifery care in accordance with 10 T standard and apply prevention of infection.
