PERBEDAAN INFORMASI ANATOMI SEKUEN T2 FSE DAN T2 PROPELLER PADA MRI SHOULDER JOINT IRISAN CORONAL
XMLMRI shoulder joint examination often shows motion artifacts, these artifacts can reduce anatomical information, so efforts need to be made to reduce the presence of motion artifacts by using the PROPELLER technique. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in anatomical information and the presence of motion artifacts, and to find out better sequences in visualizing anatomical information and the presence of minimum motion artifacts between the use of T2 FSE and T2 PROPELLER sequences on MRI shoulder joints coronal view.
This type of research is quantitative research with an experimental approach conducted at the Awal Bros Makassar Hospital Installation. Taking by using a questionnaire on three respondents. The data analysis was performed by the SPSS Wilcoxon test to find out the differences in anatomical information and motion artifacts, and the mean rank value of the Wilcoxon test to find out the optimal visualization of anatomical information on shoulder joint MRI and the presence of minimum motion artifacts.
The statistical test results revealed that there were differences in anatomic information and the presence of motion artifacts between the use of T2 FSE and T2 PROPELLER sequences in MRI shoulder joints coronal view, with p-value 0.005 (
