Pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum are physiological processes. In this
process, not a few women experience health problems which can increase the
amount of morbidity and mortality of mothers and babies. The number of

The final project report is a case study using Varney’s 7 step of midwifery
management apporach and SOAP documentation with a subject of a patient Mrs.
I, 28 years old G1P0A0 in Tengaran.

appropriate with necessary but the newborn does not get erlamycetin 1% eye
ointment to prevent infection infants.
The conclusion of this final report on the implementation of midwifery
care is pregnancy a gap in laboratory tests. In maternity care, and postpartum not
found the gap between theory and practice. In newborn care found gaps that the
baby doesn’t get erlamycetin. So, before give a provide care, to first complete the
equipment and medicines that would be an obstacle in the provision of care.
