Bladder cancer is that of hematuria that is characterized by intermittent and intermittent pain. One method of bladder cancer treatment is using radiotherapy using external radiation. External radiation is also called teletherapy, which is a method of radiating with a source of radiation located at a specific distance from the patient's body. Bladder cancer procedure in the Radiotherapy Hospital Unit Dr. Kariadi Semarang General Hospital Center was generally done by 2D. The study aims to identify radiotherapy of bladder cancer with 2D techniques, to determine the reason for using 2D techniques in bladder cancer and to determine the distribution of doses of radiation in bladder cancer by 2D.
This study shows that the present form of radiotherapy externated with 2D cancer techniques includes patient counseling, simulations of exposure to simulators, treatment planning system, then verification and external radiation. The 2D techniques of flask cancer are used with consideration to utilising tools and palliative patients' condition. Also the 2D technique is only used for patients aged. For mutilation dose of cancer with the 2D technique of 23 x 3 Gy or 46 Gy. Weaponized cancer therapy techniques with 2D techniques provide lower dose distribution to the target and higher in the organ at risk.
