ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PENDERITA TB PARU DENGAN FOKUS STUDI KETIDAKPATUHAN MINUM OBAT DI PUSKESMAS SUKOLILO II KABUPATEN PATI

Background : Pulmonary TBC is one of the infectious diseases through droplets caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which is estimated to attack 9.6 million people and cause 1.2 million deaths in 2014 (WHO, 2015) Estimated Number of cases of Pulmonary TBC in Kabupaten Pati in 2017 Case Detection Rate (CDR) which organizes prevention of pulmonary tuberculosis with a DOTS system of 1129 cases, with a dropout rate of 26%, in Puiskesmas Sukolilo II, case detection rate of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in 2017 is 27 cases with a drop of 22.2% due to non-adherence taking medication. The type of research used is descriptive research with a case study design of two clients.
Goal : Describing Nursing Care for patients with Pulmonary TB with problems with non-compliance taking medication in Puskesmas Sukolilo II Kabupaten Pati
Method : The method of data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation carried out on 04, 07 and 14 February 2019 in Desa Prawoto, Kecamatan Sukolilo and Desa Kedung Winong, Kecamatan Sukolilo, Kabupaten Pati.
Result : Research results showed that both clients had carried out a treatment program according to standard treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis it was found that there was a change in the compliance behavior of the treatment program on both clients

Suggestion : It is expected that both clients maintain medication adherence until the end of the treatment program
