PROSEDUR PEMERIKSAAN RADIOGRAFI CLAVICULA PADA KASUS FRAKTUR DI INSTALASI RADIOLOGI RSUD K.R.M.T WONGSONEGORO SEMARANG

Research on clavicula radiography examination procedure has been done on fracture case in Radiology Installation of K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang General Hospital by using AP projection, this is different from Bontrager's (2018) theory of radiation examination of clavicula AP projection and AP Axial projection. This study aims to determine the procedure of radiographic examination of clavicula, the reason of clavicula radiography examination use AP projection.
This research model is qualitative that approach to case study.The research subject involve Radiographer, Radiologists and Reffering Physician. The research sampel is using patient with clavicle examination. The data collected by observation, documentation study and interview with Radiographer, Radiologists and Reffering Physician. Research data that has been collected will be arranged in transcript and do the data analyze.
From the observation and interview, it is known that the procedure of radiographic examination of clavicula at Radiology Installation of General Hospital of K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang is implemented with one projection ie AP projections. On the AP projection set the patient's position to sleep on the supine langkangkangkalan with right shoulder placed on the cassette. The right shoulder position of the shoulder until the MSP (Mid Sagital Plane) body enters on the cassette, adjusts the point of view in the mid-clavicula and the direction of the beam is vertical perpendicular into the cassette.The reason for the clavicula radiographic examination using only one AP projection is in accordance with the SPO (Standards of Service Oprasional) and to see the clavicula in the actual position and as marking how far the position of the fracture to support the subsequent medical action is surgery. Another reason is to speed up the checking time.
