[Relationship of knowledge level, attitude and family support with breastfeeding Exclusion in working area of Jati Health Center of Kudus Regency] The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still low, based on data obtained from the Renstra (2015) target coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is 39%, nationally in infants less than six months at 55.7%. Exclusive Breast Milk coverage in Jati District of Kudus Regency working area of 520 babies who only get exclusive breast feeding until the age of 6 months is as many as 56 babies (10,8%) (UPTD Public health Jati, 2016). The purpose of this research is to know the relation of knowledge level, attitude and family support with Exclusive Breastfeeding in Working Area of Public Health Jati Kudus Regency. This research was conducted at Work Area of Jati Pulic Health Kudus District. This study uses correlative descriptive correlative study with cross sectional approach. The population of this study is mothers who have babies aged 7-8 months in Jati Puskesmas Working Area.The sample size in this research is 58 respondents. Sampling technique is by Simple Random Sampling. The results of this study obtained that the level of knowledge of the majority of good 77.6%, positive attitude 51.7% and 60.3% good family support. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge with Exclusive breastfeeding obtained p value 0.035
