STATUS GIZI ANAK NORMAL DAN ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS TERHADAP MASA ERUPSI GIGI PERMANEN INSISIVUS PERTAMA BAWAH DI KOTA SEMARANG

Teeth eruption is the process of movement of teeth from the jawbone, out to the oral cavity and to reach the occlusal plain. This permanent teeth eruption gradually with age. Every child’s teeth eruptions are not always the same, some are too fast, some are on time and some are late. Factors that affect the growth of permanent teeth in children one of them is nutrition and systemic diseases that occur in children with special needs. The purpose of this research is to determine the nutritional status special needs for permanent eruption of the first lower incisor in Semarang.
The type of this research is analytic observationnal research with cross sectional approach. The population of this research is 140 people and 58 people as sample. Sampling using random sampling technique. This study uses measurement of study uses measurement of height and weight as well as dental examination. The results of this study were tested using Spearman statistic test to find out the correlation between nutritional status with eruption of teeth and Mann Whitney to know the difference between normal children and children with special needs.
