Diarrheal disease is an endemic disease in Indonesia and is also a potential illness of Extraordinary Events that is often accompanied by death. Several studies have shown that diarrhea not only causes death but can also cause malnutrition. Nursing problems that arise is the readiness to improve nutrition associated with decreased appetite. The purpose of the readiness to improve nutrition is increased child nutrition. The formulation of nursing intervention in accordance with the criteria of Nursing Intervention Classification is to build a relationship of trust with parents, review the family's knowledge about nutrition in their children, explain the definition of nutrition explain the danger if the child has a nutritional disorder. Explain the good nutrition when the child is healthy and sick, the motivation for the family to provide adequate nutrition, encourage to make an interesting food.
