ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN STROKE NON HEMORAGIK DENGAN FOKUS STUDI PENGELOLAAN HAMBATAN MOBILITAS FISIK DI RS DR LOEKMONO HADI KUDUS
XMLABSTRACT
Non-hemorrhagic stroke is a stroke that occurs due to blocked blood vessels causing blood flow to the brain to be partially or completely halted. With a blockage of blood vessels there will be ischemic and progressive infarction. The ischemic effect can cause damage to the center of motor movement in the frontal lobes that affects the function of the extremity which will cause the limb weakness. How to reduce disability after a stroke is by physical therapy in the form of Range of motion and muscle strength. This research was conducted to describe nursing care in non hemorrhagic stroke patients with focus of study on management of physical mobility barrier in RSUD Dr Loekmono Hadi Kudus. The method used in this case study is descriptive method with case exposure
Subjects used as much as two respondents where after nursing care done for 5x24 hours obtained results for the first client after the Range Of Motion exercise with load and resistance of muscle strength ektremitas right lower right corner with a corner 30o and worth 3. While on the second client muscle strength ektremitas Top right lower right corner of 50o and worth 3 analysts that the problem is partially resolved. Given the importance of physical exercise therapy in patients with non hemorrhagic stroke is expected the need for nurses to manage clients with physical mobility barriers independently by training ROM.
