ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA IBU HAMIL YANG MENGALAMI ANEMIA DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN KELETIHAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SRONDOL

ABSTRACT
Background: anemia in pregnancy can affect cardiovascular symtomps, decrease physical and mental perfomace, decrease immune function and fatique in pregnant women. Objective: describe the nursing care on pregnant women who are anemia with nursing problem fatique. Methods: used descriptive method with design case studies, sample used 2 respondents with fatique as focus study of nursing problem. The instruments used the fatique pictogram. Results: after nursing care for 1 week occurs the rise in levels of haemoglobin on both respondents i.e. Ny. T from 8.2 gr/dl be 10.5 gr/dl and Ny. D from 9.7 gr/dl being 11 gr/dl as well as being able to adequate activity but in Ny. T still complain a little bit tired while in Ny. D has not complained of exhaustion. Suggestion: nurses have to counseling pregnant women with anemia which cover health education about the importance of nutrition in pregnancy, the dangers of anaemia in pregnancy and doing control pregnancy issues regularly about Fe tablet consumption compliance.
