Abstract
[NURSING CARE IN CLIENTS BY SNH (STROKE NON HEMORRHAGIC) WITH A FOCUS MANAGEMENT IMPAIRED PHYSICAL MOBILITY IN RSUD DR. LOEKMONO HADI KUDUS] Stroke are impaired circulatory the brain leading to the sudden neurological as a result ischemia or bleeding. While stroke non hemorrhagic (ischemia) died brain tissue phenomenon is triggered suplay blood to brain tissue reduced, this is because total obstruction or partially blood vessels the brain. Clinically symptoms often occurs in a stroke is hemiparesis or hemiplegia.This situation has become cause of the impaired physical mobility. The physical mobility is a of a state are relatively, where clients lost movement overall and declining activity of normal habits. One intervention nursing can be given at clients in this exercise is a joint mobility and muscle control.
This study attempts to analyze the care of nursing clients in SNH (stroke non hemorrhagic) focusing nursing management impaired physical mobility in RSUD dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus. Design research is a case study, with the writing descriptive. The subject of the research is two people clients in the diagnosis stroke non hemorrhagic who meet the criteria inclusion the client with a stroke non hemorrhagic, and difficult to physical mobility. Subjects research chosen to technique convience sampling method (non probability of sampling). Research is done at RSUD dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus. Engineering data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, physical examination and study documentation.
The results obtained through the care of nursing for three days is there has been increasing scale muscle power at one clients. According to the scale muscle power, note that the muscular strength the first subject increased from 2 to 3, and on the subjects of both remain 2. Conclusions this research that there are differences increase muscle power between the first subject with the subjects of both having given exercis. Range of motion exercises joints and control muscle is one exercise effective to address the problem of mobility of physical obstacles , so that range of motion exercises joints and muscular control should be done on any clients with stroke non hemorrhagic who experience mobility of physical impaired.
