ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA NY. R DAN NY. H POST PARTUM DENGAN MASALAH RESIKO INFEKSI DI RSUD TUGUREJO SEMARANG

Background: ruptur perineum is a ripped that happen at the perineum confinement. Ruptur perineum that cause the post partum infection giving a contribution to the high amount of mother's death in Indonesia. A treatment to perineum wound is one of factor for preventing the perineum infection. One of the treatment is using boiled betel leaf in order to heal the wound sooner and to make the blood's smell not too rancid. Purpose: this research is done to implement the nursing care in post partum with an infection as the risk at RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Method: using a descriptive method and study case which is managed by the proccess of nursing approach, there are 2 respondent that used as the sampling with an infection as the risk. The instruments are used scale REEDA (Redness, Edema, Ecchymosis, Discharge, Approximation). Result: as the result of nursing care that is done during 3x24 hours, the two patients doing the appropriate action toward the plan and they didn't seem get an infection when doing assessment of the patients get result 0 (nol). Suggestion: nurse toward giving health education and it is hoped for post partum's patients doing vulva hygiene by themselves as the complementare therapy to avoid the infection.
