Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is a
success indicator of the health sector. Based on data from the district health
profile Semarang maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Semarang regency in 2014
amounted to 144.31 per 100,000 KH (20) cases). Increased when compared with
2013, amounting to 120.22 per 100,000 KH (17) cases). While the infant mortality
rate (IMR) in the district of Semarang in 2014 amounted to 10.90 per 1,000 live
births (142 cases). The purpose of this final report is to provide a sustainable
midwifery care in pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and newborn birth.
Writing the final report is in the form of a case study using seven steps
varney and documented in the form of SOAP. This care diagnostics results
obtained Ny. H age of 35 years with physiological pregnancy, physiological birth,
followed by puerperal physiological, and baby Ny. H newborn physiological.
In pregnancy care conducted in Ny. H 10 T have not according to
standards for laboratory examination is not complete. In the delivery process Ny.
H is not yet fully using the 58-step APN for IMD processes that do not perfect,
are not skin to skin. Normal newborn care has been done according to the
standard of care, but in the implementation of the IMD do not skin to skin. On
postpartum visits have been conducted according to the standard, but in the
provision of iron tablet puerperal women, Ny. H only get 10 tablets.
The conclusion of this case study is on pregnancy care does not meet
standards 10 T, delivery care does not fully meet the 58 steps APN. BBL
upbringing IMD implementation is not skin to skin, as well as tablets fe obtained
by the mother during childbirth only 10 tablets
