PROSEDUR PEMERIKSAAN RADIOGRAFI SHOULDER JOINT DENGAN STUDI PADA PASIEN DISLOKASI (LITERATURE REVIEW)

ABSTRACT
A study on shoulder joint radiographic examination procedures was carried out with studies on dislocated patients. The background of this study is the procedure for examining shoulder joint radiographs with studies in dislocated patients that are not by the theory put forward by (Lampignano & Kendrick, 2018) and the effectiveness of using axillary view projections in establishing the diagnosis. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for radiographic examination of the shoulder joint with a study of dislocated patients and the effectiveness of using the axillary view projection in making the diagnosis.
This research is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative research type. Data were collected from April to May 2020 through ProQuest with the keyword shoulder joint radiography and dislocation using the literature review method, data analysis was carried out descriptively by making summaries of highly relevant articles and textbooks then comparing and drawing conclusions and suggestions.
The results of the study based on the literature review stated that for the shoulder joint radiographic examination procedure in the study of dislocated patients, at least two projections were carried out, namely anteroposterior (AP) projection and axillary view. The use of axillary view projection has proven to be quite effective in showing dislocations that are not visible in the anteroposterior (AP) projection.
