Maternal and child’s health are important things that sould be prioritized in the world because it becomes one of world health indicator. Phases inside it are having tendency to mortality and morbidity in both maternal and child. Until 2019 in Magelang Regency there are still 8 cases of maternal mortality rate and and the number of infant deaths (IMR) 143 cases or 833 children / 1.00 live births.
This final project report is prepared in the form of a case study using the midwifery management approach using SOAP analysis. From the results of the case study obtained a diagnosis of Ny. N 24 years of age G1P0A0 gestational age 3765 weeks physiologically, with physiological labor at 40 weeks gestation, followed by a physiological postpartum period, and newborn growth and development.
In pregnancy case there are no gaps between theory and practice. Client’s hemoglobin concentration is 12.4 gr% and her upper arm circle is 23,5 cm which means she is not categorized as KEK and anemi. In delivery process there are several difference where the safety tools are not worn completely. Observation during postnatal runs well.
The conclusion from the results of this study is that on the application of midwifery care there is a gap between the theory and practice of midwifery care that is on the land. Gaps exist in the process of carrying out care.
