Tinjauan Kelengkapan Dokumen Rekam Medis Pasien Rawat Inap Kasus Non Bedah di RSUD Kota Semarang

Completenessis the aspect which affects both the bad quality of service in
hospital for patient records affect countinity of information. Wtiters do after the
preliminary survey of patient in RSUD of Semarang City of four review, there are
three a review that have prosentase completeness under 100%. The purpose of
this research is reviewing completeness medical record document of inpatient in
case of non-surgical in RSUD of Semarang City that includes of identification of
patient review, important report review, authentication review and register
review.
The kind of research is descriptive quantitative using instrument checklist
research. The sample technique sampling incidental taken based on chance and
courted using formulas slovin. The process data is editing, coding, and
tabulating. Presentation data is to dechiper data to table form charts.
The result of research shows that the identification of patient still has some
forms were filling (2.93%) complete and (97.07%) incomplete. The percentages of
important report review are (23.64%) complete and (76.36%) incomplete with the
most commonly form that found incomplete are the form input and output
summary. The percentage of authentication review are (71.01%) complete and
(28.99%) incomplete, the most commonly form that found is no authentication
review ; integrated record form. The percentage of register review obtain
(31.21%) available and (68.79%) unavailable.
