Pelaksanaan Klaim Rawat Inap Pasien Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan di RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati

Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan is legal institution
who appointed to hold social security progams. Implementation of BPJS
Kesehatan gets a claim process that must be verified by verifier BPJS Kesehatan.
The purpose of this riset is to find out flow of inpatient sevices, to find out the
filling a claim hospitalized, and verification flow hospitalization BPJS Center in
RAA Soewondo Pati.
This research used a qualitative descriptive with cross sectional approach.
Subject and object of this research is inpatient admissions, claim BPJS Kesehatan
officier, verifer of BPJS Kesehatan, and claim file inpatient of BPJS Kesehatan.
The methods of data collecting used observation and interviews directly in the
field.
The results of the research flow of inpatient sevices patient’s BPJS Kesehatan
is appropriate with The Regulation of Health Minister Number 71 2013 and
Regulation Service Director of BPJS Kesehatan Number 01 2015. The
implementation of submission of claim hospitalized hasn’t SPO about submission
of claims. In addition, there are found diagnosis not included on a medical resume
field. The flow of verification hospitalization claims BPJS Center have
constraints, submission claims to BPJS Kesehatan of the city delay. Based on this
results, need to cooperation DPJP with the claim staffs about about charging of
resumes patient and gives a punishment to DPJP who dont write a diagnoses of
the patient, make a SPO about the filling a claim hospitalized of BPJS Kesehatan,
and increase the understanding the inpatient admission to know about the benefit
or cases are covered and not covered by BPJS Kesehatan.
