The quality of central is the focus of each an effort to give health services .For patients and the community , the quality of service means empathi , respect and respond will needs , the service must be appropriate to their needs , provided in a manner that friendly in the time of their visit .Understood the need and consumer advocacy in this case patients is an important point that affects satisfaction patients .The results of a study introduction in february 2016 on the registration outpatient at Ambarawa Hospital , other patients were still not use a number system the one with 2 personnel registration .This study aims to study satisfaction patients to the quality of registration outpatients , know a groove procedure the registration and know relations satisfaction patients with a registration outpatient at Ambarawa Hospital. The kind of research this used namely research descriptive quantitative .This study was conducted on 18 may and 27 may 2016 in the registration outpatient Ambarawa Hostipal. Instrument used namely the questionnaire to 100 sample .This research using a method of surveying and observation and analysis done by test correlation Rank Spearman . The result of this research showed that of 100 patients 11 % were highly satisfied , 64 % are satisfied , 21 % were not that satisfied , 4 % are not satisfied with registration outpatient .And there are powerful relationship between satisfaction patients with dimensions reliability , responsiveness , assurance and emphaty .While to dimensions tangible having relation to the level of relations enough .To improve the quality of registration outpatient at RSUD Ambarawa , a necessary thing to do that is by holding a number system a queue and the addition of counter .Suggested to officers registration give information by more clearly .Suggested to increase the number of a chair that is in the waiting room registration outpatient .
