DESCRIPTION OF MANAGEMENT OF PREMATURE RUPTURE OF MEMBRANES OF PREGNANT WOMEN AT AJIBARANG PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER II BANYUMAS REGENCY

The Background of the Study : premature rupture of membranes is one of te high risks that can cause high morbidity for the mother and baby, it is necessary to make an effort to diagnose and manage premature rupture of membranes. In Ajibarang public health center II, there are 50 cases of premature rupture of membranes that occurred between 2018 and February 2019.
Objective : to know descriptive premature rupture of membranes of pregnant women.
Research methods : survey descriptive research with resproktetif study approach. Teknik quota sampling. Samples in total 38 pregnant womans. Analysis data of frequency distribution.
Research results : the majority of pregnant women have old age 20-35 year as much as 43 people (86%). The majority of pregnant women have basic education (SD-SMP) as much as 31 people (62%). The majority of pregnant women with primipara parity as much as 41 people (82%). The majority of pregnant women have no to employment as much as 41 people (82%). To make an effort to diagnose premature rupture of membranes of pregant women doing all midwife according to standards as much as 50 people (100%). To make an effort to manage premature rupture of membranes of pregant women doing all midwife according to standards as much as 50 people (100%).
Resume : the procurement of facilities and infrastructures that supporting clinical service in form of medical USG defice in order to improve the services and force premature rupture of membranes diagnose, improve human resources through USG training in order to maintain the services to patient.
