PENGARUH BIOTEKNOLOGI PLATELET RICH PLASMA (PRP) TERHADAP STRIAE GRAVIDARUM IBU NIFAS DI KLINIK NASYIFA MEDIKA

Striae Gravidarum (SG) is a stretch of skin on the abdominal wall due to a physiologically occurring pregnancy. Striae Gravidarum is not dangerous but causes discomfort. The Striae Gravidarum Line can be reduced by Biotechnology Platelet Rich Plasma. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of biotechnology of Platelet Rich Plasma on Striae Gravidarum Postpartum Women at Nasyifa Medika Clinic.
This research used a quantitative study with a Quasi Experiment design with a design of the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. This research was conducted at the Nasyifa Medika Clinic in Semarang Regency. The population of this study was all mothers giving birth at the Nasyifa Medika Clinic. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique so that 24 postpartum women who met the inclusion criteria were obtained and divided into 2 groups. The experimental group was given intervention in Platelet Rich Plasma, the control group was given the intervention of Olive Oil. Assessment of SG was assessed by pretest and posttest using an analysis of the assessment of the number of lines of SG Davey Score.
The results of this study show that the average reduction in the number of SG lines in the experimental group (3.417 ± 1.379) means that there is an effect of Biotechnology of Rich Plasma Platelet on Striae Gravidarum of Postpartum Women in Nasyifa Medika Clinic with p-value 0.0001 (p
