According to data and health information of Grobogan District Office, Public Health Center Godong II is one of the Public Health Center with the lowest of Antenatal Care’s coverage. By 2016 100% coverage of K1, K4 94.42% and in 2017 KI 100%, K4 93.37%. The gap between K1 and K4 is caused by patients being dissatisfied with the services provided so that patients do not make repeat visits and have an impact on the decrease in coverage of Antenatal Care. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlate between the dimensions of service quality reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible with satisfaction of Antenatal Care services. Research has been conducted at Godong II Community Health Center with a sample of 55 pregnant women. Sampling technique with purposive sampling. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi Square. The results showed on the dimensions of service quality, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible and satisfaction, many respondents who have good perceptions. P value of service quality 0.001, reliability 0.002, responsiveness 0.010, assurance 0.005, empathy 0.009, tangible 0,000. These results indicated a correlate between dimensions of service quality reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible with satisfaction of Antenatal Care services.
It is expected that midwives can work professionally and improve the quality of work, especially accuracy, responsiveness, skills and friendliness, and for Public Health Center to be able to provide good facilities and infrastructure, especially in clean rooms and environments and completing room attributes.
