PENGELOLAAN KEPERAWATAN NYERI PADA PASIEN DENGAN POST ORIF FRAKTUR TIBIA DI RSUD DR. R. SOEDJATI PURWODADI

Fractures or often called fractures are the interruption of bone tissue and
/ or cartilage continuity. Even though the bone is broken, the surrounding tissue
will also be affected, resulting in soft tissue edema, bleeding to the muscles and
joints, joint dislocation, tendon rupture, nerve damage, and damage to blood
vessels. The purpose of this study was to report pain nursing care from the
assessment to the evaluation of patients with post-orally tibial fractures in Dr.
Hospital. R. Soedjati Purwodadi.
This type of research is descriptive. The sample in this study were 2
patients with post-orally tibial fractures at Dr. R. Soedjati Purwodadi. The
sampling technique uses convenience sampling method, where the subject is
chosen because of the convenience or desires of the researcher. The research
instrument used was a pain scale measurement using a numerical scale (NRS).
Conclusions can be drawn from scientific papers from the management
of pain nursing from assessment to evaluation in patients with post-orally tibial
fractures in Dr. Hospital. R. Soedjati Purwodadi on Diagnosis 1 and 2 is acute
pain associated with physical injury agents (postoperative orif), the criteria for
evaluating the post-orif patient in Mrs. A and Mrs. H the problem is resolved
where the patient still feels pain in the right post postoperative leg, but the pain
that is felt starts to decrease with the pain scale 3, and the patient looks relaxed,
the face is not tense, for further action recommend deep breathing relaxation
techniques.
