ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN RASA AMAN ( SAFETY ) PADA ANAK USIA SEKOLAH DENGAN TB PARU DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS KARANGRAYUNG KABUPATEN GROBOGAN

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. Source of infection is pulmonary TB patients with acidresistant bacteria (AFB) positive through sputum microscopic spark of issuance. With smear negative pulmonary TB also still have the possibility of infectious pulmonary tuberculosis even though the rate of transmission kecil TB pulmonary TB in children is a spectrum of unique and have special problems that are different from adult pulmonary TB. In children with pulmonary TB problems faced is the problem of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. The family has a very important role in the prevention of pulmonary TB transmission, especially lung TB category I for one family tasks that do care for sick family members and prevent transmission to family members who lain.dalam transmission prevention of pulmonary tuberculosis in children that need to be considered is the adherence to medication, wearing masks, do not throw phlegm or spit carelessly, nutrients provided must be nutritionally balanced, environmentally clean, state of the house ventilation is always open. This study aims to describe the nursing care meeting the needs of security (Safety) in school age children with pulmonary TB in Puskesmas Karangrayung Grobogan. The method used in this research is descriptive method using a case study approach. The subjects in this study are two children aged 6-12 years (two cases) with the nursing problems and the same diagnosis of children who experienced pulmonary TB category 1 with a sense of fulfillment. The results showed that both mother's family An.Z An.A and increased knowledge about the importance of taking medication schedule OAT order to prevent the severity of the disease and ways of pulmonary TB disease transmission to prevent the expansion of the disease. Suggestions in this research for clients and families to continue to take steps to prevent the spread of pulmonary tuberculosis such as always wearing a mask, if the cough is closed, throwing phlegm in place a closed container and perform aclean and healthy living behavior
