Independent workers are the main target participation in national health insurence (JKN) with some reasons, they have a large number of numbers, second, most of them have not been following the health insurence, and third, their income is uincertain.
People with high knowledge have 5.94 times higher inance for participanis for JKN than people with low knowledge BPJS need to improve the knowledge of Independen imployee about JKN program using information dissemination
