PEMBERIAN NUTRISI ENTERAL METODE INTERMITTENT FEEDING TERHADAP VOLUME RESIDU LAMBUNG PADA PASIEN KRITIS DI RUANG ICU RS KRMT WONGSONEGORO
XMLBackground: Nutrition plays an important role in the care of critical patients that aims to prevent and overcome malnutrition, provide nutrition according to doses, avoid complications, improve outcomes patient, reduce morbidity, mortality and healing. Enteral Nutrition maintains and maintains the digestive function of food as an immunologic, preventing organisms in the intestine from attacking the body, reducing sepsis and hyper metabolic response to trauma. Patients who successfully reach the target of nutrient intake without residual / residual are only 14-52%, so that they cannot fully meet the caloric needs of the patient. Themethod intermittent feeding is a method of administering enteral nutrition using an electronic pump by regulating the provision of nutrients within a certain period of time through predetermined droplets / hours, and given according to the dosage.
Objective: To determine gastric residue aftermethod intermittent feeding in critical patients.
Research Methods: This research method uses the case study method, the analysis used in this case study uses descriptive, which is used to determine the patient's residual picture after giving enteral nutrition bymethod intermitent feeding.
Conclusion: Gastric residue aftermethod intermittent feeding has three respondents with the remaining 0 cc residue, and one respondent with the remaining 3 cc residue.
