ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA ANAK USIA TODDLER DENGAN BRONKOPNEUMONIA FOKUS STUDI KETIDAKEFEKTIFAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAFAS DI RSUD UNGARAN

Bronchopneumonia is called lobularis pneumonia, which is pneumonia caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi. Bronchopneumonia can also be said to be an inflammation of the pulmonary parenchyma caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi. Bacteria such as staphylococcus, streptococci, H. influenza. This situation can be caused by a large number of different organisms with varying pathogens. Virus, tuberculosis and organisms with low pathogenicity may also cause bronchopneumonia.
The purpose of this study was to analyze nursing care ineffectiveness of airway clearance in children with bronkopneumonia at RSUD Ungaran. The design of this research is case study, with descriptive writing method. The subjects of this case management amounted for two people with a medical diagnosis of bronchopneumonia that meets the inclusion criteria of children aged 1-3 years (todler age), the patient has airway disruption (presence of the airway secret).
The research was conducted in the area of RSUD Ungaran. Instruments used in this research include sheet / format of nursing care of stationery, medical equipment (stethoscope, watches). Technique of data collecting by interview, observation, and documentation study. The results showed that after the implementation of nursing for 2 x 24 hours found the patient's subjective subjective data improved, the patient's objective data seems no retraction of the chest wall, cough is reduced. From laboratory leukocyte labor decreased to 11.000 / mm3.
The conclusion of this case study of patient nursing issues can be resolved, with follow-up plan that is by always monitoring patient's breathing, teaching chest physiotherapy technique and provides an explanation of the importance of maintaining health in the body by keeping the environment clean.
