PERBEDAAN PERILAKU MASYARAKAT PEDESAAN DAN PERKOTAAN TERHADAP KARIES
XMLDental caries is a disease with the highest prevalence other than periodontal disease. One factor is the behavior that includes knowledge, attitude and actions of a person in maintaining the health of the teeth. this study aims to determine behavioral differences in urban and rural communities to caries.
This type of research is an analytic survey. The design used cross sectional. The sample in this research is RW 6 Wonodri Urban Village of South Semarang Sub-district as many as 43 people as urban community and Kerug Munggang Village Village Majaksingi Village, Borobudur Sub-district as many as 43 people as rural community.
Based on Mann Whitney's different test results obtained p-value knowledge 0.000; p value attitude 0,356; p-value action 0.003; p-value behavior 0,000; and p-value index of DMF-T 0,026.
