TINJAUAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR TIDAK DILAKUKANNYA PEMUSNAHAN REKAM MEDIS INAKTIF SECARA BERKALA DI RSI SULTAN AGUNG SEMARANG TAHUN 2018
XMLRegulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 269 of 2008, article 8 which regulates the medical records of hospitalized patients must be kept for at least 5 years from the date of the last patient's treatment or repatriated after which the medical record can be destroyed, except the home summary and approval medical action. RSI Sultan Agung Semarang last did the destruction in 2008, and until now has not done yet. This results in the buildup of active or inactive medical records on the filing rack. Therefore, the authors conducted a study aimed at analyzing the factors of non-destruction of inactive medical records on a regular basis at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang.
The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. Methods of data collection by interview, observation, documentation study. The subjects of the study were the head of the medical record, the inpatient filing officer and the medical record manager. This research uses descriptive analysis and presented in the form of narration.
The results showed that the obstacles that caused the inactive destruction of medical records on a regular basis were the lack of retention officers, officers do not understand the SPO retention and destruction there, the officers had no experience of extermination and had never participated in training on extermination and the system that varied within The last 5 (five) years cause the medical record is not well documented.
