ANALISIS KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN TERHADAP PELAYANAN PENDAFTARAN RAWAT JALAN DI RSUD UNGARAN
XMLService quality can influence outpatients satisfaction. This research aims to determine the level of outpatient satisfaction with the quality of service, and quality services factors are prioritized for improved and maintained in outpatient registration services of Ungaran Hospital.
The type of this research is descriptive quantitative with survey approach and take a place in the outpatient registration services of Ungaran Hospital in Februari 2018. The sample as many as 100 people taken with accidental sampling techniques. Data are analyzed by importance-performance, gap, and Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
The results show that outpatients are satisfied with the overall quality of outpatient registration service with CSI score at 0,755 or 75,5%. Based on analysis importance-performance and gap, the quality of services that prioritized for improved in a sequence are cleanliness, tidiness and comfort of the registration waiting room (-1,18), speed of registration service (-0,76), and cleanliness and tidiness of equipments in clerk’s work table (-0,36). The maintained factors are service thats not complicated, done according to queue number, alacrity of the clerk, responsiveness of the clerk, giving clear and easy to understand information, skill of the clerk, hospitality and courtesy of the clerk, guarantee of security and trust from the clerk, attention of the clerk, service that regardless of social status, comprehension of the clerk, and tidiness of the clerk’s appearance.
