RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro is one of Health Services owned by City Government of Semarang City, preliminary study results of officers of Penang Medical Record Answer (PJRM) in RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang City amounted to 8 people while the ward in RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang City amounted to 21 wards due to shortage of labor in the PJRM then each PJRM is responsible for 3 wards at once. PJRM officers perform assembling, quantitative analysis, coding and monitaring tariffs on average 60 inpatient documents per day. Documents of medical records of patients returning home on that day must also be coded so that the claiming process can be fast resulting in other PJRM occupation done after the tariff monitaring process is completed so that PJRM should work outside the working hours should be. In addition, there is also a buildup of medical record documents on the ward so that there is a delay in returning documents to the medical record unit. The objective of this research is to know the result of PJRM requirement planning analysis using WISN method in RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang City and can be used as a decision or policy for the leadership of RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang City.
The type of research is descriptive research. Methods of data collection ie observation directly observe the state of the problem to be researched and interview.
The results of available working time study were calculated using WISN formula with workday result available 273 working days/year, available time 1,719.9 hours, 6 hours / day. The standard annual workload for inpatient coding personnel requires 3274.02 minutes for one year. The total requirement of PJRM personnel using WISN calculation formula is 9 people.
