INDEKS KEPUASAN PASIEN BPJS TERHADAP PELAYANAN PENDAFTARAN RAWAT JALAN DI RSUD K.R.M.T. WONGSONEGORO SEMARANG

Health is a prosperous state of body, soul and social that allows everyone to live socially and economically . One of the factors that affect the quality of services is the index of the satisfaction BPJS patients’ on outpatients’ registration service at RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang. It has the same obligation as regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform No. 25 of 2004. Medical record installation has not conducted a customer satisfaction survey yet. The purpose of this research is to know the index of satisfaction of BPJS patients’ toward service of outpatient registration in RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang in 2018.
This research used quantitative descriptive research with survey approach. Population in this research is data of patients’ visit of BPJS outpatient in 2017 as 18 664 patients, and obtained sample of 100 patients taken using sample accidental technique. Method of collecting data in this study was distributing questionnaires to outpatients or their families to be filled.
The results of this study indicate that Patient Satisfaction Index yield value of 2.81089. This could be seen by the number of high satisfaction responses by respondents to each research variable. This evidence is shown from the calculation of Patient Satisfaction Index which reached 70,27225. If it viewed according to table of IKP conversion interval according to KEP/25/M.PAN/2/2004 concerning General Guidelines for Compilation of Public Satisfaction Index of Service Unit of Government Institution, that value is included in service quality B that is good service unit performance. In order to improve service performance in outpatient registration, patient satisfaction index should be done regularly every year and put a suggestion box which would be analyzed every month.
