Bhakti Wira Tamtama Hospital Semarang is a type C hospital that has the functions of health services, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology. Medical record-keeping officers have never done BJ Graph analysis and manufacture. Based on five wards by calculating BOR, LOS, TOI, BTO and drawing indicators through BJ Graph as evaluation and planning materials. The purpose of the research was to determine the wealth of bed usage of 5 units of inpatient units based on BJ Graph at Bhakti Wira Tamtama Hospital in 2017.
This type of research used quantitative descriptive research method. Data collection methods using documentation studie, the calculation of bed usage efficiency indicators, checking the efficiency of bed usage.
The results showed that based on the barber Johnson Graph the five wards in 2017 lies outside the efficiency area. In 2016 based on Barber Johnson Graph of the five wards that are outside the area of efficiency are the Anggrek ward and four indicators include BOR, LOS, TOI, BTO not meet in one point.
