TINJAUAN KEAKURATAN KODE DIAGNOSIS PASIEN BPJS KESEHATAN RAWAT INAP DI RSUD PROF.DR.MARGONO SOEKARJO PURWOKERTO

Along with the enactment of Law no. 24 of 2011 on the Social Security Administrator for Health (BPJS), the coding of Diagnosis and patient treatment becomes an important activity. Coding the diagnosis and patients' treatment must be correct, proper, and in accordance with the services provided to the patient. Based on the preliminary survey at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto, in October 2017 there were 26% of the total claim revision which should be returned because of the inaccurate diagnosis codes. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy of diagnostic code of BPJS Health Inpatients on claim revision at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo, Purwokerto.
The type of this research is descriptive survey research. The population in this study is the claim revision files of BPJS Health inpatients in December 2017 and 71 claim files as the sample. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique. The data collection of this research used observation and interview method. Meanwhile, the data analysis used was univariate analysis.
The results of the study found that the coding is conducted starts from when the patient is allowed to go home, claims file is stated to be complete by the administrators of the room, diagnosis codification by the coder, data entry to KHS and EMRRI, and import data to NCC. The flow of verification implementation starts from checking the completeness of claim file by the administration of the room until it is verified by the BPJS verifier, if confirmation is needed, the claim file is returned to the internal verifier. The biggest feedback result was due to non-coding factor of 46.9%. The accuracy of primary diagnosis code of BPJS Health inpatients claim revision was 95.77%. Meanwhile, the accuracy of the secondary diagnosis code of BPJS Health Inpatient claim revision was 89.86%.
