The pocess of pregnancy, labor, and puerperium is a physiological process. However, sometimes in this process will be going on health problems experienced by the mother it can endanger the safety of mother and fetus. Therefore, it takes care of obstetrics sustainable (continuity of care) by health professionals skilled, so that the number of mordibitas and mortality of mothers and infants can be lowered. The purpose of this research is to provide care in obstetrics to a sustainable (continuity of care) and comprehensive starting from pregnancy, maternity, childbirth, a new baby was born and service family planning. This writing a report on the final project in the form of case studies with the management of obsetrics and using domentation of SOAP on mrs. N in the Ngesrep Clinic in the Semarang City, provided the diagnosis G2P1A0 the gestational age 39 weeks, are physiological, normal delivery without complications. The baby was born in normal circumstances and the puerperium. In pregnancy is in accordance with the theory in the examination 10T. In the process of delivery using 58 measures of normal deliveries. Education the mother childbirth is not accordance with the theory because of time. At the orphanage newborn baby the author is a theory. Writers have done the care of family planning to provide counseling birth control injections. The conclusion of the result of this study, which is on the application of care in obstetrics are in accordance with the theory and pactice of care in obstetrics in the land. But, there are some orphanages are not in accordance with the theory of in the planning and in the process of doing the orphanage.
