Hallucinations are defined as someone who feels the stimulus is actually no stimulus from anywhere, either sound stimulus, shadow, odors, tastes and touch. Number of people with mental disorder in RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Central Java Province in 2017 October -Desember as many as 380 patients, and 187 people experienced hallucinations. Scientific Writing is done to implement nursing care on the client hallucinations with a focus of therapeutic communication studies in RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Central Java Province. This study used descriptive method using case exposure and nursing process approach. Two clients are involved in mental nursing care on clients who are hallucinating with controlling hallucinations in which the authors apply therapeutic communication to maximize the delivery of the Implementation Strategy. Obtained data clients often hear voices that do not exist, often talking and laughing themselves and often angry for no reason. In the evaluation phase client 1 is only able to practice control of hallucinations up to the conversation, while client 2 has been able to up to scheduled activities. But there are few constraints on the implementation of the first day of the client is less concentration so that the implementation is less maximal, but after that the client has been able to carry out his actions well and maximally. It can be concluded that the problem on both clients is resolved.
