Problem Analysis Of Early Children Education (PAUD) In Meteseh Village, Tembalang, Semarang

lntroduction:Though early children education (PAUD)in lVeteseh Village located at Tembalang recently estabilish, but there's a huge transformation both passive and negative. Concrete problems often faced by managers of PAUD in Meteseh Village such as, the implementation
where the schedule that has been made can't be kept by the leacher, so managers have to find
another teacher who could replace or replace them itself. This thing can make saturated for PAUD
students cause the teacher are no variation. In addition, props and games in that place are not
intact, broken or some missing part. All this time, not many people pay attention to existing
problems.
lVethod: The research type is descriptive analysis, with cross-sectional approaching. Research
location is in Meteseh village, Tembalang, Semarang. Research population are PAUD program
manager in Meteseh, 36 individual obtained from registered PAUD in Meteseh, which is 12 PAUD.
Sampling technique is by using saturated sample, which is whole researched population, where
each PAUD has 3 managers, who are chairman, secretary, and treasurer. Data analyzed with
univariate, bivariate (Rank Spearman), and content analysis.
Result and Discussion: There is a problem in PAUD management, which are planning and
implementation stages. Problem in PAUD planning components is that some PAUD don't have
education calendar, lack of fund, and below standard place. Problem in PAUD implementation
components are that some PAUD don't have APE and adequate PHBS practice instruments, and
also that students didn't attend based on schedule. There is significant correlation between
