ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA KLIEN STROKE NON HEMORAGIK DENGAN FOKUS STUDI PENGELOLAAN RISIKO DEKUBITUS DENGAN ALIH BARING DI RSUD AMBARAWA
XMLNon Hemorrhagic Stroke (SNH) is a blockage of blood vessels that cause blood flow to the brain partially or completely stopped. Patients with paralyzed SNH or hemiparesis will experience prolonged bed rest without being able to change position and there will be emphasis on the skin resulting in high risk of decubitus. The purpose of this research is to know the Nursing Care of non hemorrhagic stroke clients with the focus of the study of risk management with bed rest.
The method used is descriptive method that describes cases of systematic management with two respondents and tools used are Braden scale.
The results of the study for 7x24 hours with intervention given that Braden scale, exercise ROM, change position every 2 hours, massage, health education, and keep the bed clean and dry then the results obtained on the first client score 11 (risk of weight) to 15 ( low risk), while the second client scores 13 (medium risk) to 19 (no risk).
Given the high risk of decubitus for SNH clients with hemiparesis, the nurse needs to pay more attention to managing the risk of decubitus by baring every 2 hours and extending the study time for 14 days to reach the maximum Braden scale of 23.
