Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Ibu Post Partum Sectio Caesarea dengan Fokus Studi Hambatan Mobilitas melalui Mobilisasi Dini

ABSTRACT
Background : Post partum mother with sectio caesarea has a risk of infection, if surgical wound is not treated properly. Efforts that can be done so that the process of wound healing sectio caesarea quickly and not infected one of them with early mobilization. The impact is not done early mobilization in post-sectio caesarea mother that is less good wound healing and will experience moderate pain. In general, post sectio caesarea mothers do not want to mobilize early due to pain in the incision area and anxiety.
Objective : To perform nursing care in post-sectio caesarea mother with the need for early mobilization in RSUD dr. Loekmono Hadi Kudus.
Method : Method in handling of mother of post sectio caesarea is descriptive method by using approach of nursing process. Sampling used as many as 2 mothers post sectio caesarea.
Result : after the action of early mobilization on post-sectio caesarea mother for 3 x 24 hours problem of obstacle of physical mobility is resolved marked by doing activity independently with result At Ny. S resolved and Ny. N is partially resolved.
Conclusions : Early mobilization can address the physical mobility impediments of the post-sectio cesarean mother.
Suggestion : For nursing practitioners can teach early mobilization to post-sectio caesarea mother as early as possible.
