The purpose of this final report is to provide comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant women, childbirth, childbirth, newborn, and family planning using midwifery management. Continuous midwifery care done by the authors of the third trimester pregnancy, maternity, childbirth, newborn and family planning by using standard care midwifery. Care is given from March 9, 2018 to April 10, 2018. Visit midwifery care is also done at home mother and BPM Sri Wahyuningsih, S.Tr.Keb. with the visit of pregnant women as much as 1 time, the mother maternity 1 time, childbirth 3 times, newborn 3 times. Midwifery care is given to Ny. K multigravida UK 37 weeks. On the mother's pregnancy visit complaining of diarrhea, this complaint can be overcome on the next visit, from the results of the examination in getting normal results. At 37 weeks of pregnancy, the delivery of mothers takes place normally. The process of labor kala I lasted for 8 hours, time II 10 minutes, time III 10 minutes and 4 hours IV time. On March 9, 2018 the baby was born spontaneously male sex, instantly crying, reddish color, good muscle tone, weighing 2900 grams, body length 49 cm, labor process no complications, no complications. At childbirth visit in get result of examination in normal limit.Pada childbirth visit 3 mother given counseling KB mother choose KB injection 3 month. The infant's condition during a 1-3 visit is in good condition, the baby's vital signs are within normal limits, there are no signs of infection and emergency. It is expected that clients can apply counseling that has been given during midwifery care so that the condition of mother and baby in good health so that the maternal and infant mortality is not increased.
