ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN TENAGA KERJA BAGIAN ASSEMBLING DENGAN METODE WISN (WORKLOAD INDICATOR OF STAFFING NEED) DI RSUD AMBARAWA TAHUN 2017

According early study in RSUD Ambarawa which is The Type B Hospital, has an assembling personel which has the task of Assembling medical record documents, analyzing incomplete medical records, incomplete medical record returns, and working on reports of Haemorragic Fever Dengue where there is no Standard Operating Procedure for making Dengue Fever reports. In 2016, There is an outgoing patient amount to 12.966 and the average of assembled documents by assembling personel is 50 documents per day. Because there is only a personel and do the three of primary task, personel encounters several problems such as document bulidup, the delay of medical record that will be coded and the delay of returning the documen to the filling section which will affect the slow service because the document isn’t available when it is needed.
The Researcher using a descriptive research. Then, the method that used to collecting data is observation and interview with crossectional approach. He calculate with WISN Formula and the result was 95400 minutes / year for available working time, 10999 minutes / year for standard workload, 0.14256 for leeway standard, and 1.74398 or 2 Human resources for labor requirements.
