ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN KERTAS FOTO SEBAGAI MEDIA CETAK PEMERIKSAAN THORAX DI INSTALASI RADIOLOGI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KRATON PEKALONGAN

The analysis of photo paper as print out media of thorax examination at radiology department Kraton Pekalongan Hospital.Have been done the research about analysis of photo paper as print out media of thorax examination at radiology department Kraton Pekalongan Hospital. The background of these research was using photo paper in the monitor screen was different with the output that be printed with photo paper and result of the radiograph thorax examination that radiologist gotten oftenly asked for re-printed the radiograph image . The goal of these research was to analyze the photo paper as print out media of thorax examination and the advantages disadvantages for used a photo paper.
These research was a qualitative research used study case. The data was collected with quesionnaire, interview and documentation. Valuation table radiograph of thorax examination using photo paper was a documentation from data source. Data was analyzed with open coding, the valuation photo paper quality result of thorax examination was being a discussion and be a conclusion then.
The result of these research showed that using photo paper as print out media of thorax examination was be done simply it was giving assessment the quality of radiograph that using photo paper in thorax examination. The assessment that was achieved for 15 radiograph sample was 73% respondent states were not clear in vertebrae thoracal with highest not clear presentase , in scapula 53% not clear, clavicula 67% not clear, and costae 33% not clear. The factor that affect radiograph quality of photo paper was distortion, recorded detail, and the contrast of radiograph. The advantages of using photo paper was cheap price,can showed up the diagnose, and the advantages of using photo paper was could not be used for the indication that neede high detail,and the output that was be produced not matched with the input in the monitor screen and could not see the lession in the bone
